1. PRECISE QUESTION
What claim, operator, record map, reference resource or observable is examined?
Link to the exact guide and identify the source manuscript version and page.

2. OBJECT AND CONVENTIONS
State the Hilbert/carrier space, basis, scalar field, tensors or projectors.
Specify transport direction, product order, connection sign and normalization.
For a channel, name every subsystem and say whether you use the state picture
or the observable picture. For a limit, name the parameter and topology.

3. INPUTS AND ASSUMPTIONS
Which data are supplied? Which are derived? Which are fitted to observations?
List units, allowed domains, boundary conditions and reference preparations.
If several regulators vary, identify their separate roles and limiting order.

4. REPRODUCTION
Give equations, pseudocode or runnable code. Include an independent check.
Attach the explorer JSON if used; state any changed model inputs or formulas.
Report precision, numerical tolerance, software/runtime version and seed if used.
For code, include a small reproducible example rather than private credentials.

5. RESULT
State the conclusion at the level established: identity, exact finite model,
conditional theorem, numerical evidence, counterexample, or physical comparison.
Give the decisive values or mathematical argument and their uncertainty.

6. FAILURE OR COUNTEREXAMPLE
If an implication fails, identify the exact violated conclusion while keeping
its claimed hypotheses explicit. State whether a corrected assumption repairs it.

7. LIMITS AND NEXT QUESTION
Which estimates remain nonuniform? Which physical identification is still needed?
What would a further calculation have to demonstrate to change the conclusion?
