The duality of time theory is a novel approach to physics and cosmology that is based on the idea that time has two dimensions: an inner level of time that is discrete and quantized, and an outer level of time that is continuous and relative1. According to this theory, space and matter are constantly being re-created in the inner level of time, which allows for non-local phenomena such as entanglement and tunneling to occur without violating the speed of light limit or causality2 3. The theory also proposes that the Universe is a closed system of quantized excitations that emerge from absolute Oneness, and that there are different levels of symmetry that relate the physical and psychical domains1.

The duality of time theory claims to solve many major problems in physics and cosmology, such as the arrow of time, the mass-gap, supersymmetry, and quantum gravity1. However, the theory is not widely accepted or tested by the mainstream scientific community, and it is largely inspired by the metaphysical teachings of the Sufi mystic Ibn al-Arabi1 2. Therefore, it should be regarded as a speculative and controversial hypothesis, rather than a proven fact.
