3.5.6 The Three Generations of Fermions
As we summarized in Chapter II
of Volume III, there are three generations of fermions in the Standard Model
that contains the 12 fermions: six quarks and six leptons, and each has its
own anti-particles, which make a total of 24 fermions. However, in the
current model, there is no clue as to why there are three generations of
particles that only differs in mass. For example, the three generations of
the electron: electron, muon, and tau, have masses: 0.5109989461(31)
MeV, 105.6583745(24) MeV, and 1776.82 MeV, respectively. The
first generation of charged particles do not decay; hence all ordinary (baryonic) matter is made of such particles. Specifically, all atoms consist of
electrons orbiting around atomic nuclei, ultimately constituted of up and
down quarks. The second and third generations decay with very short half
lives, and are observed only in very high-energy environments.
Although the differences do
not seem to form a specific pattern, they suggest some relation to the
dimensions of space, as if the electron is like a string, the muon is like a
surface and the tau is like a solid. Actually, as we explained in the
concluding chapter of the previous volume, the number and types of
elementary particles are profoundly connected with the number and types of
Arabic alphabet, as the oldest Semitic language, the twenty-eight lunar
mansions and even the number and types of teeth! All these apparently
unrelated symmetries are reflections of the three-dimensional space that is being dynamically created in the seven Days of the Week. The 24
fermions also correspond precisely to the 24 hours of day which is divided
into six parts depending on the divine manifestations
of God to different types of bodies and spirits, by dividing the daytime and
night each into three thirds:

that is when He is manifested to the natural spirits that manage the

parts, thus in every part He is manifested to the world of bodies, for they
are always praising Allah. So in the first third He is manifested to the
subtle bodies, which are unseen by sight, in the middle third He is manifested to the
transparent materials, and in the last third He is manifested to the
dense materials. Without this manifestation, they would not be able
