For Ibn Arabi, of course, the mysterious metaphysical relations between the ultimate macrocosmic constituents of creation are repeatedly mirrored in many different 'microcosmic' dimensions of our own life. In each of these different symbolic domains, the initial creation of this higher world and the relation between its elements, such as the First Intellect and the Greatest Element, is subsequently reflected on many different lower planes of existence.
