The SSRN repository record identifies an 8-page manuscript posted 14 June 2025. Its abstract distinguishes the regulated construction from a future continuum programme.
Question and construction
The manuscript proposes a Euclidean Yang–Mills construction with a finite discrete temporal circle. It studies action minimizers and a fluctuation-operator gap using variational and spectral methods, then outlines the additional work required to take a continuum limit while retaining a gap.
Scope of the result
A gap in a specified regulated fluctuation operator is distinct from the mass gap of a constructed interacting four-dimensional continuum quantum field theory. Removal of regulators, infinite-volume control and the physical Hilbert-space interpretation remain separate obligations; the catalogue does not certify a Millennium Problem solution.
The full older preprint was not retrieved. This guide establishes only its stated elementary spectral examples and explains the separate obligations of a full Yang–Mills existence and mass-gap argument.
