Question and construction
The preprint proposes a temporal account of dimensional flow. In its model, energy-dependent projection latency changes the number of effectively accessible states, leading to a spectral-dimension transition. It relates this proposed mechanism to entropy scaling, vacuum fluctuations and other quantum-gravity approaches.
Scope of the result
The selected latency and scaling laws define a model. Their consequences should be assessed separately from derivation of those laws, physical clock calibration and empirical agreement. A running spectral diagnostic does not by itself reconstruct metric distance or prove that physical space changes dimension.
Catalogue-based thematic guide; the complete older preprint was not retrieved. The two-state return example is exact, while general dimensional-flow claims depend on the clock distribution, observable, and limiting regime.
