Question and construction
The preprint connects an integer baseline of 137 to spinor multiplicities and dimensional embedding in an inner-time projection model. It then proposes curvature or phase effects as a route to a small correction toward the measured fine-structure coupling.
Scope of the result
The exact value of a combinatorial count must be distinguished from a physical electromagnetic coupling. A complete derivation needs justified carrier selection, a normalized response and independently constrained correction dynamics. The source labels its ontological foundation speculative; the guide does not treat the fractional correction as established.
The public preprint abstract and existing A212 were consulted. The combinatorial count is exact for the stated receiver grammar; electromagnetic matching and fractional corrections require additional dynamics.
