Six binary digits have 64 possible addresses. Grouping them into three pairs and taking a signed difference in each pair gives coordinates in {−1, 0, +1}. The selected map therefore has 27 distinct sites. The centre represents eight addresses, whereas a corner represents only one. Uniform visitation of addresses consequently gives unequal site weights.
